Here is a 3 hour cookery course taught by Chin (5th gen Chinese Chef) and his Mum Choo (4th gen), You'll learn how to cook Chinese Takeaway food like the takeaways do by people that currently work as chefs and have been chefs all their lives. We like to have while we teach so its a super relaxed atmosphere, no ones going to be shouting at you Ramsey style, if you want that, that's extra cost lol, everyone is on the course to learn so if you're new to cooking, don't let that hold you back! Date: 11/02/2024 Time: 10:00 - 13:00 Dishes to be cooked Chicken Chow Mein (Dry): This is fried noodle dish that yellow noodles, that is stir fried with chicken, veg and soy sauce Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style: Chicken is battered and deep fried until crispy, served in a sweet and sour sauce cooked with veg and pineapples Egg Fried Rice: Rice that is pan fried with egg, a classic UK Chinese takeaway side dish Any skill level is welcome, do not be afraid if you are new to cooking, many people we've taught before are new to it and we understand you may need extra help, we allow for this extra time in the 3 hours, so don't worry. Minimum age of 16 year or older. All equipment is proved for you on the day so you only need to bring yourselves. If you want to book for one more than one, you just have to add one course to your basket, the go back and repeat until you have as many as you want booked.
