We at Ziangs have been cooking real street food from China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand for over 5 Generations.

Staring in the 1950's (in the last 3 years we've found actually we started in late 1800's early 1900's), our family started serving the best makan (street food) food in the area, our families success caused a small food empire to spring up in Borneo which is still going to this day.

 

Knowing what we know and determined to share these family recipes with people in the UK "Ziang's Oriental Food Workshop" was born.

 

Food isn't a job to us, its life and its shows in the food cook.
